Responsibilities

  • Design, prototype, implement and test descriptive, predictive analytics, forecasting, and causal inference models
  • Work with engineers to architect and develop operational models that run at scale
  • Partner with teams to identify and explore opportunities for the application of machine learning and predictive analysis
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and contribute modeling expertise as a team player

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Statistics/Math/Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of industry work experience in SQL, R, Python to implement statistical models, machine learning, and analysis (Recommenders, Prediction, Classification, Clustering, etc.) in big data environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience on large scale computing systems like COSMOS, Hadoop, MapReduce and/or similar systems preferred
  • Experience with programming skills, e.g. Java, C# is a plus
  • Familiarity with deep learning toolkits, e.g. CNTK, TensorFlow, etc. is a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication to educate and work with cross functional teams

EHS Specialist

EHS Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and enforcing the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures. The EHS Specialist leads workplace safety and healthy programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards; trains employees on proper procedures to avoid accidents or injuries; oversees the company’s environmental management system, and establishes protocol for handling hazardous emergencies.

Responsibilities

  • Inspects the clients facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
  • Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections. Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.
  • Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of our clients company.
  • Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
  • Monitors compliance with safety procedures; creates, maintains, and oversees the compliance calendar for all regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
  • Serve as a role model for safe personal practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental safety, occupational safety and health, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum five years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis.
